ABOUT
MO

Curiosity-driven innovation begins by defining the desired outcome, exposing hidden assumptions, designing intentional systems, and accounting for what cannot yet be known.

MO Studios is a record of growth, work, and evolving thought — built around clarity, creative operations, marketing systems, and the process of becoming.

The work is not only what gets built. It is the thinking behind it, the system that supports it, and the ability to keep moving when the path is still taking shape.

About Mina

Built through real work, real pressure, and intentional growth.

Curiosity-driven innovation begins by defining the desired outcome, exposing hidden assumptions, designing intentional systems, and accounting for what cannot yet be known.

That philosophy has shaped every stage of my career. Starting on the sales floor, the path gradually led into leadership, operations, and eventually marketing by consistently taking on responsibilities beyond the original role. Along the way came community college, overtime, and significant responsibilities outside of work that demanded resilience, adaptability, and the ability to keep moving forward regardless of the circumstances.

Today, working in fast-moving environments feels natural. Priorities change quickly, deadlines are tight, and decisions often have to be made with incomplete information. Some situations call for immediate execution; others benefit from stepping back long enough to ask whether the work is solving the right problem in the first place. Moving comfortably between those two modes — delivering under pressure while continually improving the systems behind the work — has become a defining part of how projects are approached.

That perspective extends beyond marketing. Whether building campaigns, refining workflows, or coordinating across teams, the instinct is to understand not only what needs to be done, but why it matters, what success looks like, and how today’s work can make tomorrow’s work better. Curiosity is valuable when it is directed toward a meaningful outcome, and questioning assumptions is worthwhile when it creates clearer thinking rather than unnecessary complexity.

At the center of that mindset is a personal philosophy of maximization: continually refining how work is approached, how systems are designed, and how growth is pursued. Every project, challenge, success, and setback becomes another input that informs the next iteration. The goal has never been to reach a point of having all the answers, but to continue becoming more capable of asking better questions.

I am looking for opportunities that value ownership, thoughtful problem-solving, continuous learning, and the freedom to improve what already exists. My ambition is not simply to build a successful career — it is to create meaningful work, continue expanding what is possible, and leave behind something of lasting value.

MO Studios is the beginning of that record. It is a place to document not only the projects I have built, but the evolution of the thinking behind them. As each new challenge brings new perspectives and experiences, MO Studios will continue to grow alongside them. It serves as both a reflection of where I have been and a foundation for where I am going.

Core Philosophy

Growth is not something that simply happens. It is something intentionally designed.

The same principles that shape the work also shape the way MO Studios is being built: define the outcome, question assumptions, design the system, and refine as new information appears.

01

Define the Outcome

Before building the asset, clarify what the work needs to make possible.

02

Expose Assumptions

Invisible assumptions often create visible problems in campaigns, systems, and communication.

03

Design the System

Strong work depends on the message, channels, timing, people, and process working together.

04

Account for Unknowns

Not every variable will be known. The best systems are clear enough to move and flexible enough to adapt.

Skills & Tools

The work sits between creative execution and marketing operations.

This is the practical side of the philosophy: the tools, channels, and systems used to move campaigns from idea to execution.
